The SmartCard is the best way to pay for parking City of Philadelphia. Started as public private partnership between the Philadelphia Parking Authority and OmPay to bring convenience to citizens and visitors of Philadelphia it has expanded well beyond our initial plans.

The Philadelphia parking set a strategic direction to provide increased customers service and one component of that initiative is the Smartard. Since the inception, is now boasts the countries most utilized non cash payment option for on-street parking. We currently have over 300 retail locations including recognized brands as Wawa, ShopRite, 7-Eleven, Conestoga Bank and ACME.
